Your Privacy is very important to us and we would like you to know that we do not share any information that we collect from you with any other person or company. We use the information that we collect for our own use and purpose once an order is completed your information will be destroyed in the appropriate manner.

If you choose to sign up to our news letter your information will be stored for our use only where you may receive offers discounts and updates. 

How do I place an order?

All orders need to be place by contacting us, though our website is the best way however we also except over the phone. Please provide 72 hours for smaller orders if possible and at least 2 weeks for larger Events. Due to the nature of our services we can not offer a refund once order has been placed however we can change event dates or delivery dates if we are informed within a good time frame, this will be at our discretion. 

Do you deliver or do I have to pick up?

We deliver for free in Woodley town and charge a small fee for other areas, this is stated below under delivery on the bottom of our page. Free Pick up is welcomed, please mention if you would like to pick up your order.  

How do I make a payment?

Payment will need to be made though our account which will be provided when your order is placed, invoice is also provided though email. A deposit of at least half the bill will need to be made when placing your order if not full for larger events, The remaining half will need to be made before delivery date or event. For smaller orders payment need to be made in full. When using money off vouchers only one can be used per transaction.

Do you cater for special requirement?

Our food contain ingredients that may cause allergic reaction such as eggs, gluten, soy, fish, wheat or milk. If you have any allergy please inform us before you place your order and we will do our best to help.

How small or big do you cater for?

All minimum orders are stated along side each platter.

We can cater for small functions and have a limit of 180 people (our 6 metre table) for larger functions. If you need a larger order than the amount we cater for, please do still contact us to come to an arrangement. 

Do you stay on site?

When it comes to the nature of Grazing table and platters we do not need to stay on site once every thing is setup we leave you and your guess to enjoy the fruits of our labor as they say. Our food have the set amount of people that it can feed though one sitting with plenty to go around.

Do you provide cutlery, plates and napkins?

Yes we do all environmentally friendly and biodegradable at an extra cost. We do ask that you provide the tables or a flat surface for us to set up on.

How long does the food stay fresh for?

Our food will be delivered fresh to you, our graze table display is best kept within 4 hours and set up in a shaded area is highly recommended. Our graze box and platter should be consumed within 24 hours.

£10.00 DELIVERY CHARGE:13 miles 16 from RG5

Our Time Slots Are As Follows, However On Busy Day Times May Vary 


Early Morning Deliveries 7am- 10am

Afternoon Deliveries 11am- 2pm

Evening Deliveries 4pm- 6pm 

please state what time you would like your delivery eg morning, afternoon and we will do our best to deliver close to the time
