Your Privacy is very important to us and we would like you to know that we do not share any information that we collect from you with any other person or company. We use the information that we collect for our own use and purpose only.
If you choose to sign up to our news letter your information will be stored for our use only where you may receive offers discounts and updates.
Placing orders & Refunds
All orders need to be place on our website, however we also except over the phone for larger orders, events and bespoke. Please provide 72 hours for smaller orders if possible and at least 3 weeks for larger Events. Due to the nature of our services we can not offer a refund once order has been placed however we can change event dates or delivery dates if we are informed within a good time frame, this will be at our discretion.
Deliver & Pick up
We deliver and charge a small fee depending on location. Free Pick up is also welcome at our HQ, please mention/select if you would like to pick up your order. If you are not in our delivery area and still wish to order please be aware that you will need to provide your own pick up delivery, this also applies to corporate orders. We can deliver our postal order with our courier to all UK address, multiple postal orders to different addresses will be charge per product.

Morning Deliveries 8am- 11am
Afternoon Deliveries 11am- 2pm
Evening Deliveries 4pm- 6pm
Pick Up At HQ 6am- 9pm
please state what time you would like your delivery eg morning, afternoon, evening and we will do our best to deliver close to the time
For Bespoke, Brands and Corporate, Payment will need to be made though our account which will be provided when your order is placed, invoice is also provided though email. A deposit of at least half the bill will need to be made when placing your order if not full for larger events, The remaining half will need to be made two weeks before delivery date or event. For smaller orders payment need to be made at check out when placing order.
Our food contain ingredients that may cause allergic reaction such as eggs, gluten, soy, fish, wheat, nut plus milk. If you have any allergy please inform us before you place your order or in our additional information box at check out and we will do our best to help. We cater for Vegans, Vegetarians, Halal and Gluten free.
Small or Big Events
All minimum and maximum feeds per box or platters are stated along side every platter.
We can cater for small functions and have a limit of 180 people for larger functions. If you need a larger order than the amount we cater for, please do still contact us to come to an arrangement. We do not charge for set up fees under our SMB Method Instant Platter, Bespoke table set up will require a small fee.
Staying On Site
When it comes to the nature of Grazing table and platters we do not need to stay on site once every thing is setup we leave you and your guess to enjoy the fruits of our labor as they say. Our food have the set amount of people that it can feed though one sitting with plenty to go around.
Cutlery, Plates and Napkins
We do all environmentally friendly and biodegradable at an extra cost. We do ask that you provide the tables or a flat surface for us to set up on.
Our food will be delivered fresh to you, our graze table display is best kept within 4 hours and set up in a shaded area is highly recommended. Our graze box and platter should be consumed within 24 hours or placed in the fridge for up to 2 days. For postal orders insure that items are place in the fridge on arrival We do not take any responsibility for food eaten outside of this time.
