I am Samantha the lady behind Samantha's Mini Bites, my passion is making the simplest food look and taste delicious. I started Samantha's Mini Bites in July 2020 when I had a light bulb moment whilst baking cupcakes with my children.
I create delicious Graze and Food Platters designed for every occasions. Our platters are made with love and attention to details and designed to make your occasion stress free.
We work closely with other small business within Berkshire to provide good quality and locally sourced produced.

OUR SMB METHOD
Our Unique and speedy way to get the party started without having to wait hours for your display to be done which also saves you money as you do not need to hire your venue for hours for your food display, Instead it arrives already done, simply lay them on a surface of your choice and get ready to dig in.
MINI BAKERS LITTLE CHEFS CLUB AND MISSION

Mini Bakers Little Chefs, a fun-filled cooking and baking club created especially for children and teens up to 16 years old. Our mission is simple: to inspire the next generation of young chefs by teaching them the joy of cooking, the value of creativity, and the confidence that comes from making something truly their own.
At Mini Bakers Little Chefs, we believe that every child can shine in the kitchen. Our classes are designed to make cooking both educational and exciting, giving children the chance to learn new skills, explore fresh ingredients, and express their imagination through food. Each session is hands-on, interactive, and packed with laughter, discovery, and delicious results!
We offer a wide range of programs and workshops from weekly cooking clubs and themed holiday sessions to birthday parties and special events. Children can dive into baking cupcakes, crafting pizzas, decorating cookies, or exploring cuisines from around the world. Every activity is tailored to suit different age groups and skill levels, so whether your child is a curious beginner or an aspiring young chef, there’s something for everyone.
We guide children through each step of the cooking process, focusing on more than just recipes. We teach important life skills such as teamwork, patience, organization, and kitchen safety all in a supportive and encouraging environment. Younger chefs learn the basics of measuring, mixing, and understanding ingredients, while older participants develop more advanced techniques, from kneading dough to perfecting presentation.
Safety and inclusivity are at the heart of everything we do. Our kitchens are fully equipped, child-friendly, and carefully supervised. We welcome children of all abilities and cater to a variety of dietary needs and allergies, ensuring that every child feels comfortable, included, and confident to take part.
